By using Verdant Market, you agree to these terms. 1. Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and verify your email before purchasing. 2. Purchases. All items are digital. Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. We re-calculate every order on our servers; the final price is the authoritative one. 3. Delivery. Orders are claimed and delivered through our Discord server using your unique order ID. See the Delivery Policy. 4. Acceptable use. Fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment of staff, or attempts to exploit the marketplace may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access. 5. Reviews. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may hide or remove reviews that violate our content policy, but we never edit the wording or rating of a customer's review. 6. Independent marketplace. This website is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Grow a Garden. 7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
